In 2008 ECI Wind and Solar will install a 7.5 KW Bergey Excel Wind
turbine at a farm near Russellville, IN. Because of the
requirements of the local REMC this customer has decided
to take his system off-grid. The 7.5 KW turbine will
power a 100 amp pure-sine-wave inverter bank; this will
be used together with a diesel generator back-up.
