In 2006, ECI Wind and Solar installed a hybrid renewable energy
system at Camp Alexander Mack in Milford, Indiana. This
system is able to produce power from both the wind and
the sun. Batteries store the power for Camp Mack to use
at their nature cabin where the system is installed.
This system gives campers at Camp Mack hands-on
experience with renewable energy.

so that students at the school can use the Solar
Learning Lab to learn about renewable energy.
These systems provide our school children direct,
hands-on access to technology that can change their lives.
